Hi,
I trying to connect my laptop with this (http://t-mobile.cz/Web/Residential/Telefony/Telefon.aspx/4G/modem/Telefon/305/page/dc) T-Mobile 4G modem to the internet on Ubuntu 8.10. I found some howto´s and tips for connecting similar devices in older version of Ubuntu, but I read somewhere that 8.10 has a new built-in function for mobile broadband (this is my first installation of ubuntu). I found it in "Network connections" and tried to get it work myself putting username, password and dial number provided by t-mobile, but it doesnt work. Does anyone have experiences with this ? Or do you think that will be better try some other way to connect it than built-in network manager ?
Thank you for answers.
