Suspend for Desktop PC

How do I suspend my desktop pc? I can't seem to find suspend, I only see the hibernate option from the drop down list when I click my username.

I think computers have to have hardware support for suspend. Your computer has to be able to keep the ram active but turn the other hardware off and listen for a ket stroke.
