Text color in many UI elements differs from text color set in Firefox's preferences

E.g. now that I type a new thread, text is black instead of what I have chosen in FF preferences. Background follows FF settings, so if you choose black background color, text will be invisible.

Could this be a problem with the way text is pushed out to the browser? (I.E. the text element is set to be black, overriding FF prefs, while the forum background is not modified? (this question is for the admin team that has access to the forum code)

Maybe this is bug in Firefox, since I have unchecked "Allow pages to choose their own colors, instead of my selections above" in Firefox preferences.
