Where has the 'Thanks' button gone?

Sorry if this ends up being posted twice, first time I thought I had posted it I couldn't see it.

There used to be a 'Thanks' button which you could use to Thank helpful posts. It seems to have gone, as does the 'Thanked x times in x posts' below the user name. Any clues?

With the recent server problems it has been temporarily disabled, as has the ability to mark a thread solved via the 'Thread Tools'.
