Hi, I've been suffering wireless problems ever since I installed Ubuntu on my laptop.
I has solved quite a few of the problems but I have one persistent problem I just can't understand.
When I turn my laptop on, sometimes it will connect to my network, and other times it refuses to admit my network exists, even though nothing has changed and I'm sat right next to the router.
If I load Vista, it can see the network clearly along with 5 others, but Ubuntu can only see half the amount.
My laptop uses:
Atheros 902.11 wireless LAN
Just incase you need to know, my router:
Gigaset SE587 WLAN dsl
Any help is appreciated!
