how to lock desktop icons?

i was wondering if any one could advise me on how 'lock icons on desktop'..! every time i log on the icons are all over the place.. cheer'z:)

If it is finding the icons back on the same place as you left them in previous session, then it is simple:

Right click on your desktop and disable 'KEEP ALIGNED'

lollzz.. i did that and it done the job.. but i have two monitar'z and it still messes it up..

Try to us this 'trick' on both desktops.
Depending how the setup is it may work.
