Installing Murrina

Hello everyone, I'm kinda new to this linux thing and i'm trying to install the Murrina configurater thing to install themes. Well i've found some sites that walk you threw it, and not having any luck.. If anyone has the info, I just wana make sure i got the right version and doing this right.. Thanks. :)
