This may sound picky, but, after clicking on the Search (http://www.ubuntuforums.org/search.php) link, what about setting the focus to the search text box as a default behavior? This way we could leave te mouse right after clickin Search, following with the keyboard...
Oops, the Search link above opens a new browser instance. I meant the pop up dialog, instead. But this focus thing applies, too.
