[SOLVED] Grub 17 Error in VirtualBox

Hello everyone,

I tried to boot my existing Vista partition in Ubuntu, but it didn't work. I came out with the 'Error 17' on the Grub in VirtualBox.

I'd gladly post my boot menu or whatnot, if needed.

I encountered a the same problem. It was related to choosing a dynamically re-sizable virtual drive.

I fixed mine by setting up a new virtual machine with a statically-sized drive. Intrepid Ibex now boots and runs fine.
