Neo Blue Plus Theme [Archive]

This is the next phase of my Neo blue theme, with colorschemes for both KDE3 and 4 this theme is up to date.
It also has a GTK theme too for gnome/xfce users.

Just make sure you unzip this as it wont install the theme right away, you have to extract this theme probably twice thanks to DA's strange handling of zip files

That's what I was thinking too, I was kinda jazzed, but then I noticed there was no link/attachment. :(
