I used to have this awesome Ubuntu wallpaper. It was a flying heron on the left carrying an Ubuntu logo in its mouth, there was a tree on the left, and a full moon.
I know I downloaded it somewhere, but I can no longer find it, and I WANT IT BACK DARNIT!
Anyone know of the wallpaper of which I speak?
If so, I'd really appreciate a link to it.
TIA!

No, but it is a nice one though!
The one I'm looking for is sort of brownish/sepia in tonality.
Still looking, but I'll use that one for now!
Thanks!

How was it lost? Some wallpapers get copied into a directory when used.
Search in here:
/usr/share/backgrounds

Unfortunately, mine was lost when a hard drive went down. I thought I had it on a USB stick, but alas, no.
Still looking...

Still desperately looking...tried every resource I could find on the net, including gnome look, kde look, etc...
I still have a screenshot of my desktop on a sphere I use for my background at work. I will post it here tomorrow.
Please help!

Using compiz zoom (Left windows key and mouse scroll button) I can see what appears to be
"R7531-n-dri-the-cm....something.jpg"
[edit]
It helps if I read all the comments. Looks like DreamReflex has it sussed
Filename is actually 82531-hardy in the dark-brown_wide.jpg
