32 or 64 bit

I have a cd2 mac mini and just installed 32 bit 8.04, was i suppose to install the 64 bit version instead?

It doesn't really matter so much, except that the 64-bit version will fully utilize the processor in your mac, and in the next few years all operating systems will start phasing out 32 bit. For now, though, there isn't any really compelling reason to switch.
