USB Bluetooth?

I have a semi-old Dell desktop and would like to install a USB bluetooth adapter. They all say they work with Windows, and some say they will work with OSX, but has anyone had luck with one of thse specifically working with Ubuntu?

I have a MSI BToes that just works when I plug it in.
