I have been using ubuntu as my main OS for a while now and i have had this problem the entire time, except just now it has gotten really bad. Even if the volume is all the way up on my computer i can barely hear it. Then if i switch back to my windows partition i can hear it just fine. Does anyone know what is wrong and how i can fix this? Thank you so much for any help.
