Keep to one thread (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1031683).

This is a forum, which means people just look from time to time. Be patient. It usually takes one or two ... or twenty ... hours for somebody to reply.
Bumping, making double threads and hurrying people will only lengthen that time.

Why? Because we're all just users like you, voluntarily helping others.


Btw: welcome to the forums ;)

And if you want help immediately, you're better off with a chat (for example IRC) or support from people you know in real life. A forum simply isn't suited for acute help.
