[SOLVED] Ubuntu to Xubutu Folder Sharing Question

Hi,
I have an old Pc with Xubuntu on it. It has USB 1.1 so its too slow to get loads of info that way.
I have a laptop with Ubuntu on it. I want to be able to share all files between the Ubuntu laptop and the Xubuntu Pc.
I know how to share Ubuntu Pc to Ubuntu laptop. However in Xubutu there is no Network option under the places menu.
Please help.

I can easily access the files on the Xubuntu Pc from the Ubuntu laptop. All I need now is a simple method to access the Ubuntu laptop files from the Xubuntu Pc.

I have decided to install Ubuntu on my old Pc. I did try this guide (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=304131) but could not get it to work.

I have now done the Ubuntu hat-trick, 3 computers with Ubuntu on all 3.
