Hi i have bought a Toshiba NB100 with XP.
After having some problems booting liveUSB (it has no CD Drive), i finally have ubuntu installed.

However, i dont know how to get the wireless card driver, it doesnt show in "hardware drivers".

Here is some hopefully useful information:

Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8101E/RTL8102E PCI Express Fast Ethernet controller (rev 02)
Atheros Communications Inc. Device ff1b (rev 01)

This what i get in hardware testing
Please help :D
Cheers

Check out the following thread:

http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=993133&highlight=nb100

Post 8 has a link that describes what you need to get the wifi going.

The rest of the thread goes in to a lot of details about installing the Netbook Remix software and the additional software which is on the Ubuntu version of he NB100, if you are interested in going that route.

Good luck!

Eric

normally, this will get your ath0 up and running. Ath5x is so buggy. This worked perfect for me on gutsy and intrepid, I havent done it on hardy.
