Where to post "cups-bjnp needs-packaging"?

Hola, everyone. I would like to post a "needs-packaging (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuDevelopment/NewPackages)" bug report for the cups-bjnp (http://sourceforge.net/projects/cups-bjnp) unofficial Canon network printing protocol, but I'm having trouble determining which package to do it under.

I could just post it under "Ubuntu (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu)", but since it needs to be compiled with CUPS (I think (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=571795&page=7)... I don't understand these things, yet...) I think it might need to go under "Ubuntu: CUPS (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cups)".
