I would like to get Avant Window navigator to automatically load whenever I start Ubuntu, and I know there must be a way to do this.
Any help would be appreciated

System > Preferences > Session
Add new Startup Program with the command avant-window-navigator

Thank you very much, just to fully understand this, the sessions manager is similar to msconfig in Windows?

At the top, you'll see Thread Tools.
Clicky on that, and go to mark thread as solved.
