Trying to install this window decoration: http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?action=content&content=81088 in KDE 4.1, but can't for the life of me figure out how its done, or find any documentage explaining how to do it.
Can anyone clue me in?

If this is impossible, anyone know any good alternatives I should consider for window decorations?
