Dear Forum,

My first post and a cry for help I'm afraid. I've decided to migrate from WinXP to Linux and am using Wubi (downloaded this morning) on a Lenovo T61.

As a first step, I purchased a IB-NAS4220 to keep all my data safe and accessible during the migration. The problem is that the shop sold me two bad drives. I created RAID1 and copied the data which all checked out fine. On reboot the NAS didn't and won't recognise the drives. I've now reinstalled the NAS with new drives but need to recover from Linux EX3 partitioned drives. I think the NAS may have damaged the file allocation table too.

I've just purchased the Digitus USB-SATA adapter but can't see the drive. I'd like to get in and retrieve the data.

Thanks

Richard
