Problem with SAPPHIRE RAEDON 3850 GRAPHICS CARD

I am using a Sapphire Raedon 3850 Grphics Card and with this I can't use UBUNTU or KUBUNTU because my display goes completely blank after my welcome screen what can I do?

Install a fresh Ubuntu 8.10 It worked for me.

And after install use the restricted drivers that ubuntu iterpid has.

I can't use UBUNTU because I am using a live CD and my CD can't start UBUNTU it just finsihed loading the welcome screen and after that the whole screen goes blank.:(

At the live cd main menu, push F4 and select "safe graphics" mode.

And you can also push F6 and change "quiet splash" to "nosplash" to watch the boot process.
