need help with getting rid of windows 7

hi i have windows 7 (test build) installed on a 2nd machine but i cant get rid of it i tryied installing wubi and cant find how to boot from disk to do a fresh install of xp or lynix and when i put in xp to install it dont let me pick that option!any ideas plese help it be highley appresated :)

In the BIOS have you set the CD as the first option in the boot order?

its booted form cd-rom thru bios thank you hopefully the install will be ok :)
