After trying every-thing that I can do, I am posting this thread.
I am connected to a LAN, commonly known as Connect Communications. My Connection Deatils are as follows:

Device Type: WAN Miniport (PPTP)
Device Type: VPN
Server Type: PPP
Transports: TCP/IP
Authentication: MS CHAP V2
Compression: MPPC
PPP multilink framing: Off

Address Type: Assigned by DHCP

Subnet Mask: 255.255.252.0
DNS Servers: 10.101.10.5
10.101.10.2
WINS Server: 10.108.28.1

Following is the report generated by connection manager:

I have already checked the following:
http://i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd287/afzalnaj/pptpconfig-servertab.png
http://i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd287/afzalnaj/pptpconfig-routingtab.png

http://i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd287/afzalnaj/pptpconfig-encryptiontab.png

But, no use. This content is very old and the user itself claimed that the method was only working in Ubuntu 6 and is not working in newer versions of Ubuntu.

Also I have installed all files from here:
http://quozl.netrek.org/pptp/pptpconfig/pptpconfig.phtml

Plz tell me where I am wrong?
I have tried the possible options in Encryption tab alot of times like enabling and disabling MPPE with other options. But, no success!

I was trying to do this in UBUNTU, if some-one tell me how to do this in other variants like PUPPY LINUX, I will be very thankful to you.

I don't have any personal experience with this kind of stuff, but based on the output you posted, I think that encryption is your problem, or at least part of it. Note this error message:

"MPPE required but peer refused"

I know you said you played with different encryption options, but did you try every one? Did you check to see whether the error message regarding encryption changes if you change the encryption options? It's possible that there are other issues that need to be resolved as well, but the encryption stands out to me as the most immediate problem. You need to make that error message go away.

Also, you probably need to specify your DNS servers (10.101.10.5 and
10.101.10.2) under the DNS field. It looks like those are blank below.

A final note: since Ubuntu 8.10, Network Manager is supposed to be able to handle this kind of stuff. You may want to try playing around there--under the DSL section, there are options for configuring a ppp connection. Network Manager is the icon in the top-right corner of your screen that looks like two computer monitors. Right-click on it and select 'edit connections' to configure a new connection.

Looks like your VPN server does not support 128bit encryption (or maybe I am reading S bit meaning wrong), but you should uncheck both "refuse 40bit encryption" and "refuse 128bit encryption"

Using the same method I am now able to connect to internet in Puppy Linux. :D Following is the screen shot:

http://g5wonq.bay.livefilestore.com/y1pee854-oCS16qW9m_FvYO-inOtEkaqm_YtXFsVUa3Z1PZvF8lOIolEvf4MM-gPsN87tXBWpUtieeSElSY1dfryQ/connected.jpg

Following were the changes that worked:

http://g5wonq.bay.livefilestore.com/y1pKetxRRvazyZ69gdoOUca2yW7QFY-N2evkYY8OB-l2jx5ue3btqL3d_5dCx0Y1PZX8vb9kgBCTfLd_CK4I6l0WA/d2.jpg

But, there is still a problem!

I am unable to access any website using my browser in linux.
It is worth mentioning that I am able to access my local LAN sites connect.net.pk and dodear.com before connection and not after connection. Also I don't know why I am unable to write anything on my mounted Hard-disk after connecting.

I guess the problem has reduced, but don't know why is this happening.
Thank you very much in advance.

Also I am getting 0% packet loss when I ping. So I guess it means that my connection is alive.

Now what can be the possible problem?

The hard-disk issue is resolved.
The space on my hard-disk was unsufficient to write on it.
But, what about the internet?
I am unable to open any wesite after connection!

This is first time after 6 months (6-4 b/c of studies :P) of struggle that I am online from linux using VPN Connection @ Connect Communications.

The last problem was that my Firewall was not set.
Thanks for your cooperation.
