Convert kvm command line to virt-manager XML

We have two easy ways to create VM - command line and virt-manager (or another GUI tool). However command line gives us more features such as -std-vga or -soundhw and GUI tools does not recognize VM executed by command line.

Is there a tool or a rule how to convert kvm commands to xml elements?
