DVD Errors

Hi, I have just installed ubuntu and am new to it. I've tried wathcing a DVD, and at first I needed plug-ins. I downloaded the plug-ins and now it is saying 'Could not read from resource'.

Did you install GStreamer codecs from Add/Remove ...?

Are u able to play other proprietary formats like avi, mp3 etc?

Restart PC and chk DVD media for errors.

Installed GStreamer codecs yes, it runs mp3 yes.
