Hello all,
I recently had to reinstall my whole system due to an error that I couldn't fix. I reinstalled the latest version of wine from the repositories and reinstalled all of my games. In my old system, before the reinstall, the sound worked great, but now it doesn't work at all. I went into the Configure Wine utility and clicked on the Audio tab and tried all of the different variations. However, when I clicked the "test sound" button, all of them failed.
Can anyone tell me what's wrong this time? On another note, I'm not sure if it's related or not, my microphone does not work with this reinstall even though I configured my sound back to the way it was originally.
