Hi. I have installed Dosbox and SDL on Ubuntu Breezy but when I try to run Dosbox I get the error: "Exit to error: Can't init SDL No I/O port permissions". I tried installing libsdl1.2debian-all but that did not solve the problem. Can anyone suggest what might be causing this error? Thanks, Pat.

Did you install Dosbox from the repos? Mine works out of the box on both 32-bit and 64-bit breezy...

Thanks BoyOfDestiny. I had installed (rather messily from memory) from a tar.gz version. Wiped that, then installed the deb package and all worked smoothly. Cheers, Pat.
