gnome-screensaver stops rhythmbox, bug or feature? (lenny)

Hey people. I've been trying out lenny for a few days now, and it's really, really sweet. However, as soon as gnome-screensaver kicks in, rhythmbox stops playing. I thought it might be a "policy" or so to stop it when inactive, but to be honest, that seems rather odd since it doesn't happen under any other distro i've tried. Couldn't find any relevant info when googeling the issue either.
So, can anybody fill me in?
