WINE's Absolute Beginner Talk: How the crap do I access PlayOnLinux???

So, I installed WINE and then PlayOnLinux ontop of it perfectly, but I cannot find anything that has anything to do with PlayOnLinux. I have the newest version of both installed, and then for certain reasons, I have 1.0 rc1 of WINE on the trigger. It's ready to hear "sudo make install", so how do I make it install only to a certain WINE program and not overwrite WINE?

Turned out I no longer need to apply that older version to a different game. But it would be cool to know how I do it in case I need to later on!
