Would some one help me instal cedega or wine?

im a noob to linux and i tried following those howto's and they dont work for me, in synaptic i dont have all of the right files and i dont know what im dong with the $ sh WineCVS.sh thing it doesnt work when i try it

Make sure that you have the proper repositories enabled. There are loads of threads on these forums. Also it would be better if you got the latest wine because Breezy's wine is old.

sorry when i posted this i didnt realise that i was supposed to go through terminal then use the cd comand to go to where i dowloaded it to and then do the whole $ sh winecvs.sh i thought i was supposed to change the file or the file name or something
