I just installed Steam on my comp and I felt really accomplished....

Then i tried to play CS:S and HL2 ....

Errors out about DirectX support

Did you try using Cedega?

Have you installed Cedega or Wine?

ya i installed wine now im trying to get steam to run, whenever i try to boot it it says i dont have the authority and i also can figure out how to just boot it every time i have to go through the steam install to try to boot it, ive tried to find where it installed to but no luck
