Not really sure how to describe it, but whenever I open a menu with buttons, nothing happens unless I have hover the mouse over were the buttons should be. The full menu doesnt load unless I click on it, in which case it loads instantly. Graphics card is nvidia 8400. Heres a screenshot of the problem:

Anyone have any ideas? This also happens in firefox during page loading. When I load a new page, it still keeps a large chunk of the old page visible until I click on it.
