Hello friendly people for human linux users,

just switched from the windows to the linux, and first thing to do was fighting with the Ati drivers..
but! i prevailed! and that might be just the little conformation i needed to get this linux thing working for me.
it is all very new, and interesting!
so, i guess i'll stick around and read the forums, to get myself aquinted.

just hope my girlfriend will accept the move away from her 'trusted' windows
(that might be harder to solve than the whole technical threshold :)

Yea, It just started with alot of these threads. It shows how many people start using ubuntu, which is cool.
