downloading straight from a blog??????

I was wondering if there is any way to set up a way to download files directly from a blog instead of going through another website that does it. I do a lot of digi scrapping and I would like to set it up where I can have people download files directly from my blog instead of having to use a third party to do that. Please remember, I am very basic when it comes to stuff like this and need simple and easy to follow instructions when it comes to this kind of stuff. If there is any way to do this, I would like to know and would like to work on it in the next couple of days!! Thank you in advance to anyone who can help me!!!

Where is your blog hosted? Some services may let you upload files.

It is a regular blogspot blog. I am not sure if you can do that or not through them. I hope so, but if not, that is OK.

I have a blog there, too. I don't think you can add files to it, that's one thing Google doesn't have (but I'd like them to).
