Sudden partial language change and missing column in azureus

Can anybody tell me what is happening and how to fix it?

About a week ago Azureus quit showing the torrent title column, now the language has changed in about half the columns as well as the drop down menus.

I am running Hardy with all the updates and am somewhat of a noob so be patient with me please.
