Nvidia 177.82 driver

So after I installed the new driver my sound stopped working and then my xsession failed and I got that "go into graphic safe mode". I just prefer command line so I went there and did startx. got the same error so I just did the command sudo reboot.

After that it booted up just fine and I noticed that the colors are more vivid and brighter and I swear my theme blackwinter looks better. Could just be me.


Anyone else see a performance increase?

My hardware is a Panp4n with the Nvidia Gforce 9300GS.

I've got the 9800M GTS & it seems to have bumped up the performance considerably.

Im playing Prey at max settings just fine. I wish more games would be ported over natively.
