The maintainer seems to be not maintaining these packages. Can something be done with these? Some of the packages are really useful ones. :(

You can send an email to aur-general and request that some of these packages by orphaned -- one of the TUs can do that for you -- then you can adopt them and start maintaining them.

EDIT: Though you should email this guy (pizzapunk) directly first, and see if you can get a response from him.

Yes, there are some popular ones in there, FileZilla jumped out off the page at me.

I guess pizzapunk is back, since they are still the maintainer of FileZilla. ;)
