so i initially install ehcp, but i ran into major problems and basically bailed on it

so i folled the instructions to remove it and droped the database in mysql and then removed the directory from my home folder

i then proceded to remove all the packages it uninstalled except for the ones that i needed as dependencies etc...

i then decided to try and setup a simple apache2 web server, i installed apache2 but when i navigate to localhost i get the default ehcp page still that says if you are seeing this page by accident click here, well i click there and its not really that big of a help

Does anybody know how to reset everything so that all will be like i never installed ehcp? or fix my apache2 problem?

Easy Hosting Control Panel for Ubuntu and alikes..
This is default ehcp-apache index file.
click here for EHCP CONTROL PANEL HOME on your server

if you see this page instead of what you expect, you probably did not set up your domain on this server. Please log into your ehcp panel and set up your domain..or ask your admin/provider to do so...

uninstall of ehcp is described at http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=481418
and www.ehcp.net forums section,

additionally,
you may remove completely as following commands:

rm -rvf /var/www/vhosts
rm -rvf /var/www/index.*
rm -rvf /var/www/apache2-default

But if you need a clean system,
i suggest you to reinstall ubuntu/linux .
Because ehcp installs many dependencies..

I am sory that, there is not automatic uninstall script/method for ehcp...

btw, i should say that , i may help you on installing ehcp and making it work..
Currently there are many even productions systems that uses ehcp...

See you..
