What I want to do is install it on a 160gb external HD that connects via usb. If I install using the hd install utility, and select the usb to be the one it boots off of, then I should be able to select that hd, and boot into fedora without mucking up the windows installation or overwriting the mbr. the reason why I have to do this is because my wife hates linux, but I want to be able to us linux, in a more permanent way other then a live disk.
Thanks for any input
Oh and the reason why I am using fedora is because so far it is the only distro that has worked with mi wireless internet else wise I would be using ubuntu.
