after starting the ubutu for the first time it asks u to choose the GMT then the partition thing comes up.
the problem is that it doesn't show any partitions to choose from,
so if i choose to cancel(exit) the ubuntu will start normally, but when i restart it the same setup thing pops up all over again.
pleas help.

It would help to have some more details. What version of Ubuntu are you running? Are you booting from a CD/DVD, or have you installed to your hard drive? What hardware are you running it on? Is there (or was there) any other operating system on the same computer?

I've never used wubi, the windows installer, so I'll have to defer to someone who has. Anyone?
